Returns

We accept unworn and undamaged items (excluding Final Sale) within 30 days of purchase. As long as your purchase is in new condition with original tags attached, we’re cool with refunding you in full. Just head over to returns.lett.clothing to start your return or exchange.

Note: Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

Just head over to returns.lett.clothing to start your free return or exchange. Enter your order number or the email address you checked out with to look up your purchase.

As soon as we process and review your return, we’ll issue your refund immediately. Please allow time for your bank to issue the refund to your account. 

Shipping

We offer free two-day shipping on all orders!

You can expect your package to arrive within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

We currently only ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes because our delivery partner requires a physical address.

All LETT products are proudly designed and manufactured in Los Angeles.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after it’s been placed. But we’re happy to help you make a return or exchange once you receive your package.
